I received a product not as advertised and I am unable to use. Applied for a refund and I was offered two options of 50% refund or select another product from their web site. What am I going to do with a product I cannot use? I looked on line for similar products like I was suppose to get and found what I had bought for sale for less than half what I paid. Sounds like even if I accept 1/2 the price and I keep the product the company is making a huge profit and I am left holding the bag with an unusable item. I receive feel I've been scammed.

This review is hard to do. The website that you see here is supposidly a website that unsatisfied customers are to go to and pick out a "compensation product" article to replace the actual product that was advertised on TIC TOC and bought, then eventually sent to me. Their WHATS APP call sign is OrangeHR. Here is my story: On Tic Toc, there is a company OrangeHR, that swears and advertises online that they have a "Galaxy Starry Sky Night Light" that projects "DOLPHINS" and/or other exciting themes for families to enjoy. I ventured into this opportunity because I wanted my "grands" to enjoy this virtutual lighting. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!! After ordering, I kept receiving on WHATS APP, AI messages thanking me for the order and they gave me tracking numbers ETC ETC. So.... I started to track the shipment, it finally came. This proctuct came from an address in NJ, USA, and it was NOTHING like what was advertised. Immediately I sent back to their WHATS APP (OrangeHR) messages my unsatisfaction, and requested a full REFUND with a prepaid RMA printable label so I can return the "FAKE' product that they sent to me. Their response was: "WE ARE SO SORRY THAT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU WERE SENT BY US, WE ARE WILLING TO REFUND 50% TO YOUR BANK CARD AND YOU CAN PICK OUT A COMPENSATION GIFT FROM THE FOLLOWING SITE: us.iowds.com I responded to them "NO"!!!! I want a FULL REFUND with a RMA prepaid return label so I could return their fraudulant product they sent, plus I also said to them that the product that what was sent from the address in NJ, I have seen in Manhattan NY stores for $5. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE...!!!!!! If and when you see this advertisment on Tic Toc about lighting that projects dolphins and other very exciting themes... DO NOT, I REPEAT....DO NOT WAIST YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THIS FAKE AND FRAUDULANT VENTURE!!!! I am still waiting for their responce about my FULL refund, but up to now....NOTHING.

This company should be reported and shut down for good I believe they scam people by taking their money and ship poor quality products I'M SURE IT'S CHINESE SCAMMERS USING AI GENERATED EU AND USA ACTORS TO PROMOTE WRONG ITEMS BEWARE!

Wrong item received very poor customer service. Completely useless scammers

they shipped my order for an electric lawnmower without a battery charger. There offer was for me to keep the product, and they would return 80% of my price. The product is of no use without a charger. They say they are saving ME money by not making ME return the product, saving me on shipping the product back.
