Is the worst agencie to work with, I cancel my flight and they do not want to give a refund. (On the terms mention it will be a total refund if you cancel 24 hrs prior your flight) I bought a fly on the 14 of December, to fly with Aeromexico, that exact day I cancel my fly because on Aeromexico they were not able to find my reservation. I call despegar, they told me they did not have a number where Aeromexico will be able to find my reservation, and I had to wait until my flight day to make any changes ( I wanted to chose my seat). I decide to cancel my flight, but they send an email telling me they were going to make a refund for 106.00 pesos (Mexican money) I totally did not pay that amount for my fly. Later on, I tried to call them and they never answered, I wait in the line more than an hour, and there was no answer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DESPEGAR!!!!

I try to call this place Never answer, I sent Email Not respond back I frustrate. I need change my fly And web pages not let me do it I will reporter to Federal Trade Commission Is bad , I not recommend this place.

Mala, la primera imagen de pantalla muestra las distintas opciones de vuelo , elegimos uno con escala en New York.La segunda imagen es el pago del ticket,pagamos, La tercera imagen es el ticket( ya pagado) y recien ahi aparece que se llegaba a un aeropuerto en NY pero habia que seguir el viaje desde otro aeropuerto de la ciudad y a cargo del viajero. Para una persona mayor, que no entiende mucho ingles ,y con 3 maletas es un verdadero inconveniente, si esto se hubiera mostrado al principio no habria comprado el ticket

Cancelaron el paquete porque no tenían proveedores .. entonces porque ofrecen el servicio??

Es VERGONZOSO que me estén haciendo una tercera oferta de devolución... TERCERA OFERTA. La anterior por poco más de CLP$200.000 y ahora una por CLP$180.000. La anterior, aprobada por mi, ARBITRARIAMENTE LA DESCONSIDERARON. ¿Quién me protege de este robo?

They are thieves. Would not change reservation as I had to cancel my flight because of a category 4 hurricane. I had a flexible ticket from the airlines and could cancel up to the last day. They got their money back from the airlines when I cancelled, but refuse to give it to me. If everything goes right, it may work, but once there is a problem, they gleefully take your money.
