I placed a large order on 2/25. I have yet to get it and it’s been over a week. No one answers the phone at Davines and they do not respond to emails. I will never order from them again. I will go to other sources It’s been extremely frustrating

Peccato non si possa mettere 0 stelle. Buttato via € 40. Semplicemente non mi hanno consegnato il prodotto, che il loro corriere dà per consegnato. Ma per favore, che servizio! E poi neppure rispondono dell'accaduto.

I was sent an official 2026 price list and selected my products strictly based on that document. After confirming my order and completing all requested forms, I received an invoice with different and higher prices than those shown in the price list I was provided. When I questioned this, I was told that the original price list was “sent by mistake” and that the invoice prices were “correct.” By that point, I had already planned my business activities, allocated budget, ordered a stand, and invested time based on the information they themselves supplied. This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and unacceptable. It resulted in wasted time, unnecessary costs, and a complete loss of trust. To make matters worse, the invoice sent to me was not compliant with UK invoicing requirements (missing essential business details and VAT information), yet I was still asked to proceed with payment. This is not how a reputable brand should operate. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful and to double-check everything in writing before committing.Misleading Pricing – Be Very Careful

I love the products but customer service is horrible. My shampoo was missing from my order. I reached out to customer service and they said they will resend it. I didn’t get confirmation when it shipped and never received the replacement. Then I reached out again in three different ways and it took over a week to get a reply. They said they reshipped it and send me an (insulting) code to get a free travel size item in my NEXT order rather than just adding it to this order. Meanwhile they have over $70 of my money and haven’t sent me the product. It’s been 6 weeks since I placed my order. The DHL tracking link she sent me last week doesn’t work, so I have no way to track it. For such expensive products I would expect them to have decent customer care. Judging from similar reviews from 5 years ago, this evidently has been a problem for a while and they have no interest in improving. Very disappointing. All they really had to do was throw in a big handful of samples and a travel size product and all would be forgiven. At this rate, I’m willing to give up my favorite shampoo because my experience has been so terrible and I’ve had to put so much effort into receiving the item I paid for.

Ho usato lo shampoo e la maschera. Profumo orribile. Ho i capelli che sanno di cera depilatoria. Mai più.

Esperienza penosa. Ho acquistato un prodotto e mi è stato segnalato che avrebbero inserito nel pacco un omaggio. Sorpresa alla consegna del pacco: scatola vuota se non per il campioncino che nemmeno avevo richiesto. L’ordine risulta “parzialmente evaso” ma del prodotto da me acquistato nessuna traccia. Li contatto e con grande serenità mi dicono che non possono completate la spedizione con il prodotto principale mancante, disponibile, perché era stato già evaso un pacco. Chiedo di annullare l’ordine subito (visto che era pagato ma se non li avessi contattati se li sarebbero tenuti i soldi) e mi viene detto che non possono rendermi il costo della spedizione del pacco vuoto. Mi danno un buono per un nuovo ordine con spedizione gratis. Davvero un comportamento commerciale allucinante.

Nunca llego el producto. No m dan respuestas. No devuelven mi dinero. En fin pésima experiencia.

Terribili!Trovo questi prodotti innanzitutto cari,poi probabilmente nn vanno bene per ogni tipo di capello.Da quando la mia parrucchiera è passata a Davines esco da lì dopo i colpi di luce con capelli crespi,appesantiti,non lucenti.ho provato su suo consiglio a comprare una maschera sempre davines e dopo l uso non riesco più a pettinarli.sono secchi,crespi e intrigato!Ah naturalmente i prezzi del salone sono pure lievitati!!!
