CHS Container Trading and ModificationsReviews of us.chs-containergroup.com

My company recently worked with CHS Container to purchase three 20ft storage containers that we needed on a tight timeline. Initially, I was concerned the experience might turn out to be a case of "over-promise, under-deliver"—but I was completely wrong! Working with Will was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Despite several last-minute changes to the paperwork, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The containers were delivered on time, and Will even recommended the most cost-effective shipping method, which helped us stay within budget. The containers themselves were all 1-trip units and looked practically untouched—our Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and I were all thoroughly impressed. CHS Container exceeded our expectations, and they’ll be my first call the next time we need to purchase or lease containers.

We were considering the purchase of a shipping container as a sustainable storage solution when my husband reached out to CHS. He left a message and Nic returned his call. Nic provided good information upfront and invited us to come by and look around. At the lot, we toured around available containers and discussed the details of each. Based on our needs, Nic recommended a big green container that was well traveled, but remained in excellent condition. We liked it, but the door was very hard for me to manage by myself. Nic pulled in the crew at CHS and they worked as a team to adjust the door so I could open and close it with ease. It was a great customer service experience! They patiently made adjustments until we reached my level of comfort. Nic also recommended a product to remove the stickers on the container door so it would look tidy on our property. The purchase and delivery process that followed was seamless. Thank you, Nic and team, for a great experience. We are very happy with our Big Green container!

On time delivery !

I recently used CHS to acquire a container and would highly recommend them to anyone. Derek Takeuchi helped me and made this sourcing process a very seamless experience. I will defiantly use CHS for my next container purchase.

Phenomenal company to work with! Nick and Thomas are great to work with. Great prices and even better customer services.

Working with CHS has been a truly solid experience. From day one Derek and the team have been responsive, professional, and honest. Something that is not always easy to find in this industry. As someone who's been deeply involved in container based construction, I've dealt with a lot of vendors and suppliers. What sets CHS apart to me is communication & reliability. Pricing is competitive, timelines have been realistic, and the relationship has felt more like a collaboration than a transaction. Derek in particular has been outstanding!!! You can tell he knows the industry inside and out. Looking forward to working with them more in the future. - Jonathan R. Project Coordinator & Modulator Housing Builder

Nic was the reason I chose CHS. After going back and forth with other companies, he was the only one to invite me by to pick out a container. He educated me on the differences and I was able to make a decision that worked for me. Great customer service and fast delivery.

Nic Germano bent over backwards for me!!! He is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and efficient! He has gone above and beyond to make sure I am pleased with my container!!! I must also brag on delivery by T. Hardy! He’s very experienced in his field and a true pleasure to get to know! I 100% recommend anybody needing a great container to contact Nic at 9015225285!!! He will take care of you from start to finish in obtaining exactly what you want!
