Battle.netReviews of us.battle.net

Pietosi!

Größter Müll Verein. Selbst Minecraft ist besser. Grüße aus 53.

No offline support. Even with a connection good enough for online gaming and HD streaming, I get kicked out from campaign every 2-5 minutes. The store is filled with bugs and it feels like something a single developer could make in one day. Options are limited or non existing, and customer support is terrible. The whole store is nothing but Blizzard begging for your fat ass dirty dollar without giving a damn about their customers. The world would be a better place without battle.net.

Battle.net servers are the most slowest servers i have ever encounted... my download speeds do not exceed the 1.4 Mpbs mark when i should be getting AT LEAST 13Mpbs which is what download speeds im getting on other games downloading or on my console... The servers and app is trash

Battle Net app is garbage terrible server connection The app is more frusterating than enjoyable

Purchased game would NEVER launch. Support was WORTHLESS. It was a new game, we were patient and followed ALL trouble shooting steps. Servers would NEVER allow connection, but we were told we had TOO much game time / play time in? NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TO THE REAL TRUTH about the game NEVER working, not ONCE! We are uninstalling the Blizzard / Battle.net client. *** We will NEVER purchase ANOTHER game from them, nor do we recommend you do either *** We will USE a service that actually has customer service and/or can resolve a problem. I consider myself technology proficient and a professional. *** This company, in my PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL opinion, is neither PROFESSIONAL or LEGITIMATE, at this time, due to literally STEALING funds for service/purchase NEVER USED. *** Good luck with your future purchases. *** Be warned, DO LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! ***

Schreibst ins kleinste Detail was dein Anliegen ist...
