Battle.netReviews of us.battle.net

Battle net is s**t! I can't even play warzone or any other call of duty because of the same f***ing error code: BLZBNTBGS000003F8, which tons of other people have that cannot be fixed. I've even contacted support twice and they couldn't solve my f***ing issue! Call of Duty should've stayed on Steam rather than this piece of s**t platform!

Im player since 2004 and at 2022 i got banned becuase they think im cheating :) they think < Sh!t company seriously alot of another games are out 10,000time batter then wow. all customer serivce (RATS).

It decided to force two step authentication yesterday and now I’m locked out of my account. It says it’s sending me text notifications and I am not receiving. I contacted my phone provider and no messages have been blocked, and yes it’s the correct phone number. No one at battlenet will give me a response other than providing the tips that are already online. Yes notifications are on, I tried downloading the app and all the other suggestions. Beyond pissed right now, it looks like I’m indefinitely locked out of my account at the moment. FFFF YOU BATTLENET

Your company is a joke! can't change phone number with out having old phone number still! Send me a F*UCKING email you scrubs

Worst facking experience ever. Keeps saying I need a code to verify who I am. So, I do as the usual people would and wait. 20min 30min 40min 6 hours later and still nothing. This is the sh1ttiest launcher I have used ever. I don't know why there is not a customer service phone number. it's all done over the computer, and it takes years.

Wont let a pre paid phone number its idiotic and they should make it so you can use a pre paid phone number.

the download is always messed up and i have to repair/fix warzone alot

Fix warzone. Just not loading game when I want to play, not load server.
