Their customer support is a really dumb AI that keeps responding with the same message over and over. I am trying to change my country. No matter what document I upload, not matter what I say, or do. They keep repeating the same message. It's driving me mad. Avoid this service as much as possible. Because if you ever need help you will be stuck in AI Groundhog Day.

why do I need to manually enable allowing friend requests in the settings after logging back in after 1-2 years and need to be friends with someone for long enough before I can gift them a game? Wtf?? I'm trying to gift my friend black ops cold war to play with him and another friend but now I'm over here having to log into his account to get it just because we haven't been friends long enough. What is this bullshit? Even from the start it was rough, but holy shit this whole process could've taken ~3 minutes on steam while it's taking over 15 on here. Really nice.
