They sent me over 10 emails for my signature. I signed waiver at least 4 times its harassment. I will never buy anything from this place what a joke. Customer service is out to lunch dont waste your money here.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with UroTuning. I placed a large order for performance parts for my 2015 VW GTI. When the shipment arrived, several parts from my order were missing. I contacted UroTuning expecting them to investigate the problem and provide a clear solution, but after multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still have not received a satisfactory solution. The biggest problem is not simply that parts were missing. Mistakes can happen with any company. The problem is the lack of urgency, communication, and accountability after the mistake was reported. As a customer, I paid for a complete order and expected to receive everything I purchased. I should not have to repeatedly contact customer service trying to find out what happened to parts that were already paid for. I work with cars professionally and regularly purchase automotive parts. Customer service and reliability are extremely important, especially when a vehicle or project is waiting on parts. Unfortunately, based on how this situation has been handled, I cannot recommend UroTuning at this time. I am still giving UroTuning the opportunity to make this right. If they send the missing parts or provide an appropriate resolution, I will gladly update this review to reflect how the situation was resolved. Until then, buyers should carefully verify their shipments immediately after delivery and document everything they receive. I am requesting that UroTuning immediately send all missing parts from my order at no additional cost. If they are unable to do so, I am requesting a refund for all items that were paid for but not received.

Ordered sensor next day air for $50 to get it here fast. Tried to use worthless reward points and it declined being able to use it. Ordered hour and a half before next day shipping cutoff. They didn’t ship til 6pm so it will be three days to receive the item. I have bought thousands of dollars from this company, and the 27k rewards points are useless. Don’t waste your time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Good luck getting ahold of customer service or finding out updates on orders. They ship when they get around to it. Last place I'd ever order from again for car parts.

I got a email on 7/20 saying my package was delivered yesterday (7/19). No emails on 7/19 only the day after, then i spent the whole day of 7/20 calling and emailing with no response. Now i lost another 300 to go on FCP to order the same item just a little more than on the EURO TUNING website. I am Kinda exhausted and upset right now and trying to see what is to be resolved on the matter. And mind you this happened and I emailed them 3 days ago and still no one has reached out to me.

My package was delivered today I ordered a motor mount. It came with no bubble wrap inside and to large for the small box that it came in Very Disappointing with a few dings on the part

My order never arrived at my address. I was left without my money and without the package. For over a month, customer support has been unable to help me. I was completely ignored. I have a very negative impression of my experience with them. SCAM!
