Great experience dealing with Urology Health Store. I ordered on-line and received the product quickly and at a great price. The quality of the products they sell is exceptional and the product is exactly what I needed. I accidently ordered 2 of the same item and Sarah rectified my error without hesitation. I can't say enough about the excellent service and I highly recommend this company.

I bought their Spartan® Manual (Hand) Operated Vacuum Erection Device for $280.89. It does not work. I called them for a refund and they will only refund $185.49 They only have a partial video demonstration of how to use the device so they can blame you like you did not use the thing right. What a scam? How much did urologyhealthstore/REFLEXONIC LLC LANSDOWNE VA make selling me a device that does not work? DO NOT be the next victim.
