They used to be a good place for nice embroidery files. You have to beware their shady “coupon” tactics. Spend money get $10 off next order. You have less than a week to use it on non sale items and then the coupon still doesn’t work! You spend the entire time of the active coupon fighting with customer service because it isn’t working and then OOPS you can’t get it back “so sorry”. They don’t have to pay out or lose anything while stringing you along till it’s expired. The worst customer service ever.
