Let me start by saying I love the products and I have purchased a few with no issues. However, my last bracelet purchase for some reason was way too small (size I usually get). I called the phone on the receipt to see how I could exchange fir the correct size. I had to leave a message abd never got a return call. I sent a message to the email on the receipt. I was told to return where I purchased it. I informed them it was a direct purchase from them. I never heard from them again. Two weeks ago I packaged the item and returned it to the return address on their package with z note and my receipt. I have not heard a word or received a replacement. I am so disappointed because I love their stuff. Customer service appears to be an issue.

I purchased a necklace and it didn’t fit. I reached out to get help on returning both via email and chat on their website. I was met with terrible unprofessional responses in both platforms. When I asked how to return it I got this response “just return it, there is no form.” When I asked if would provide return label I got this response “I’m running a business, not a charity. I already provided free shipping.” No need for the attitude and don’t recommend ANYONE supporting this “business.”

Like the look and convenience.

The leather ends have already separated from the aluminum clasps so I had to reglue to attach. I don't wear it 24/7 like other leather bracelets that I've own over the years. I like the design- it is what it is. I may be back Thanks
