I have tried numerous times to submit a return & have received no response. I received a dress with no bag no tag & a broken zipper & now no response on how to fix this problem. Very frustrating

I was sent the wrong swimsuit when I purchased another, especially paying a bit more for the one I wanted. I’ve tried to contact the company many times and no response or willingness to assist on the error.

Overall love the outfits and fittings, except for the one piece prayer outfits seem to be on the short side above ankles for one size fits all. Have an awful experience processing my return label for exchange. I have asked for return labels three times still don’t have it and support keeps saying it was emailed can’t locate. Needs I improvement and cannot call for support don’t like that about the service.

Never going to buy again from them, horrible experience. The item I placed an order for was not the one that I received. Submitted a complaint but nothing happened.

I have reached out several times to customer service to report that i received incorrect items and am missing items from my order. I will be reporting to the better business bureau due to the lack of response and raising this to my credit card company as well. Never ordering again from this business.

I am writing another review as I had a really bad experience and to save my fellow buyers from spending money from this company. I received the product and it is not the same colour on what shown on the website. It is also hard to contact them once you ask for return. It says on their website that "All gowns are final sale, no exchanges or returns", but I noticed that they are always on sale for almost a month now. It seems like it's just the original price and showed that its on final sale so you won't be able to return the item. However, I can argue that this is not the item that I had not ordered. What I have received is totally on the darker shade. How can I even get at least my money worth if I can't return or exchange when their advertisements are fake. The quality is not even worth $150 yet all I am asking is to get the right dress color I have seen online to use as a bridesmaid dress. Now I can't even use the dress, I just wasted $150. So, save yourself trouble and just buy somewhere else and check their customer service first before buying.

Never received what I ordered. They play a lot of silly games so I snapped a picture of what arrived and included it in my customer service requests. The Customer Care "no name" person said the 2 cheap hijabs were gifts. I didn't order hijabs. Then this woman pretended not to know what I had ordered. In the past I've ordered around $700 worth of items from them. Now I wouldn't order a hair pin. I dont know what happened but SAVE YOUR MONEY: try: Poplook, Modanisa, Shamswear, Niswa Fashions or AnnaH

I have been trying to reached out to them as I have questions when I placed the order. Even now, I haven't gotten a single reply. Additionally, my parcel has been processing for eternity and hasn't been shipped for almost 2 weeks. I do like the looks of the dress but if the customer service is like this, it's better to just buy dress locally. I just want my money back.
