Sizes run way too small. The dress doesn't fit but is not returnable. So a big loss loss

I made an order and after receiving it I tried to exchange it because it didn't fit me. The instructions were not very clear on how to do it, when I tried to communicate with the customer service it took days and days before I get a reply back. I received my new order and the length of the dress is supposed to be 60 inches and I received it was 55 inches so a little bit short. Unfortunately exchanged item can't be returned again.

They didn’t deliver my dress, didn’t respond to my complaint for nearly two weeks (very unhelpful customer service), and couldn’t even offer me a full refund, just store credit. I wouldn’t have posted this review had they not continuously emailed me to.

The dress was very nice and on time but it didn't fit me like it should. The fitting descriptions are a little off. Can I return.

expensive for dresses

I just ordered dresses from them and received in time, no problem. However, I ordered based off of their sizing chart and it was COMPLETELY WRONG. the small is said to be a 30 inch waist but over the phone, the lady told me the Medium is 26 inch waist. When I emailed them about this, they said that the sizing chart is only there as a guide to help customers and it may not be used at all. I don’t understand how that makes sense? If it’s completely wrong how is it a guide and how is it helping? On top of that, there’s a $12 return fee — which is completely ridiculous. Other companies like Haute Hijab do free returns and send you the shipping label AND a package. Also, we noticed that the stitching was not that great on the sides.
