Great shopping experience at Urban Modesty! The Willowbrook Mall location is new and I did not see it on the store locator. It took me about 30 minutes of walking around the mall before I found it (I probably should've called). I ended up getting there 15 minutes before the store closed. Faten was an absolute gem. She was so helpful, and her recommendations were spot on. She did not make me feel rushed and told me to take my time and make sure I got what I needed. Customer service goes a long way with me. It can make or break an experience. And for this, Urban Modesty has a new customer in me.
