This business does not believe in customer satisfaction. If you want the run around and garbage customer service you have found the right place. I will never purchase anything from here again. Not only did I receive my package a month late I also received the wrong size on one of the items. If I would’ve ordered from another country it would’ve reached me quicker. Very disappointed in the customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.

Unfortunately customer service is exactly as previous negative reviews have said. Maybe the physical store is better, but ordering online has been really a difficult process. I really feel it is dishonest to send an email saying an item has shipped the day after your order and 2 weeks later it still says shipping label has not been created. I also paid an additional 14 dollars for faster delivery. I was contacted via text about one item was out of stock and when I inquired about my order a week later they said it would arrive by end of week. That was a week ago and I still have nothing. I again asked for an update, this time with no reply. This is a standard practice it seems as I have ordered from them 3 previous times with 2 times having major issues such as wrong size dress sent or no replies from customer service. I really like their dresses.amd I want them to succeed, but this truly will be the last time I order form them. I hate leaving negative reviews about small businesses, especially ones from fellow Muslims, but I have yet to have a positive experience ordering from them with the exception of the first time. Insha'Allah they will fix these issues and become a more efficient and reliable company.

Dishonest. Bad representation of modesty, hijab and islam with these lies. They lie to you and act like they know better for you!! Never tell the truth about shipping your order. Lazy and unreliable, not sure why they try to trick you by saying items are shipped when obviously they are not. you do not get anywhere by calling them. you will discover their lies if you call shipping companies for clarifications and why your item has not arrived yet. it is frustrating.

Their customer service is the worst. I wish I could give 0 stars. They take forever to respond to your inquiries. They don’t care. Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest! They’ll take your money but won’t ship your order and they give you bunch of excuses about it and are not apologetic at all. There are better companies out there with great customer service. Don’t give them your money, they don’t deserve it. The five star reviews on here is definitely them!

Never again will order from them ,very greedy, is all about money, they don't care about their customers, I ordered 2 dresses for Eid from them, 3 week prior and the dresses came 3 days before Eid, both dresses came damaged, I reported the dresses and took video and pictures and emailed it to them ,I asked them to ship.me same items and rush it to me ,the rep their told me it will not be fair to others that had been waiting for their dresses before me, which I found it very uncaring of the whole situation, pass forward the only option they gave me is a store credit because they refuse to do a refund. So I chose two other dresses since they told me the dresses I chose before were out of stock, they dresses I had chosen for replacement, I was told they were in stock. Unfortunately only one dress came and they notified me the other dress is out of stock, at this point I was very exhausted and kindly asked to get a refund they refused and said only option is to choose another dress again. Very unprofessional. No problem you can keep the $70 , you refuse to give me back my money, I will leave it to Allah. Lesson learned.

This is my first review about urban modesty and having shipped at many Muslim retailers I can say that their quality is cheap and they occasionally send out used items without tags and stains. I have not been so indignant in my life. Paying hundreds of dollars for used, stained, and cheap quality materials. Needless to say I’m never buying from them again. May Allah swt guide them for their dishonest practices.

I would not shop here ever again after the experience I had. For one, they sent me the wrong order, and was hardly apologetic about it. Not once did they mention that they would send me the right items. Then, instead of refunding me the full amount they took 12 dollars for shipping. I understand that this is a part of their return policy, but considering they were the ones who made the mistake in sending me the wrong order, they should have covered shipping. I did not return the item because I did not like it, I returned it because it was not my items and I shouldn't have to pay for that.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Worse customer service ever! Purchased back in March and now its May, still have not received my package. Sent multiple emails for an update and they dont even have the decency to reply back. I purchased few dresses from them few years ago and the service was very good but I dont know what happened to them. Their service just went downhill. I even commented on instagram asking for an update and they deleted my comments, and still no reply. I cannot believe it! And to top it up, they are bombarding me on discounts and such with emails, texts. I unsubscribed and they still send me emails and texts. They are practically harassing me!
