I placed an order using the discount code that was offered to be by the company. I purchased 4 abayas and 3 hours later I received an email saying that my order was cancelled.

traash company, waited for months for a dress that would never come. Do not know what I am supposed to do to get my money back.

I made a terrible mistake of purchasing a dress for a friends wedding 3 months prior to the wedding from this place. The wedding has come and gone and i still have not received the dress 4 months later. The dress sat with the shipping company for 2 months before movement. And i was made multiple false promises of it arriving within “2 weeks”. The responses from customer care team are most insensitive to the issue and basically full of ignorance, they have a “don’t care” attitude and its evident. Really shouldn’t be operating as a business because they simply cannot deliver. Terrible service, terrible shipping, false promising and their no cancellation policy only works in their favour because they know they cant deliver. I can’t even comment on the dress I haven’t received it till now. Will be filing a complaint to the Business Bureau and I can see now that its not just me having terrible experience with them. If i could give no stars, i would. Just fed up.

Horrible customer service . They advertise 2-4 days shipping. Good luck with that.. they "create a label" for your shipping within that time frame, BUTTTTTT by the time it actually ships, it an additional 10-14 days.. ive contacted them and they are using the excuse that shipping companies are backed up... why I don't have issues with other things I've ordered.. they are based in NY not overseas. I ordered something on Nov 28th and received an email that it has been shipped on Dec 1st. When I click in tracking it says label created only. Today it's Dec 12th 2021 and same update of just a label created..

Horrible company !!!!!!!! Stay away!!!! Clothes are horrible , customer service horrible!!!!!!

The worset customer service by far I made my order in june and still did not get it in November. First, they delayed shipping my order because one of the items I purchased was out of stock even though I told them to refund it and not delay the shippment. Second, I contacted them because I did not get my order and now they are telling me to figure it out with the shipping company that "THEY" are using. Don't waste your time with modest muslim online shopping website they all have the worset service.

It has been almost a month and my items have not arrived. I am so disappointed. It seems they either do not know what they are doing or do not care. I even ordered some of their clothing at Macy's and since the items ship directly from the vendor the same issues arose. The shipping status stays the same for weeks " Shipper created label, usps has not received package". I wish I had looked into this website more before because I now regret these purchases. I hope to get my items within the next week or so or I will have to take further action. UPDATE: My package arrived but only two out of the 5 items arrived. ( 9/30/21) still waiting for the other three items with no updates or mention of the items from urban modesty. UPDATE: Items from macy's arrived but were the wrong items, tried twice to get a replacement both times the wrong items were sent and have now requested a refund. DO NOT waste your time or money on this brand. This is the first review I've ever written but I felt I had to so that no one else makes the same mistake I did.

Beware! Do not purchase from them. They are crooks. Worse customer service I have experienced. I had to wait 5 months for an order that I did not receive and then they refused to refund back my money. They kept lying and tried to put the fault on me. If you are in the same scenario as me then i suggest you contact your bank and apply for a chargeback. Provide the bank with evidence, the bank will want your email correspondence with the merchant and they will give you full refund after investigating. If enough of us complain then visa, mastercard, etc will not want to work with them and hopefully this will teach them a lesson to not practice dishonesty.
