Love this website! So eye catching, appealing and easy to navigate! A very unique approach. Great marketing strategy. But what really nailed it for me was the customer support! So friendly and they were great with follow through with my orders. I found UG googling and searching the web for unique and different items. I'm not shopping anywhere else. My new office is going to Rock Thanks to UG!!

I called UrbanGirl when I was afraid that I had been charged twice. They answered quickly and were very friendly and told me to call the following day just to ensure that everything worked out correctly. On the second day, they were even available after the specified call hours on the website. Would definitely order from UrbanGirl again.

Great Service and Products. Ordered many different products and wanted to order more. Made a quick call to their office and talked to several extremely friendly people that helped me add additional items to my order, with free shipping! Urban Girl, where have you been all my life??!

We work in a music venue and got some index card boxes to organize our tickets and we LOVE them. But, beyond that, our order came with a nice handwritten thank you note. Such a personal touch that nobody does anymore. Thank you for such a great experience!
