I love everything about Urbangirl and everyone I've talked to from there. Upon my first order I got a handwritten note thanking me and telling me a little bit about the person herself. It was very refreshing to see someone still takes the time to handwrite things, espically a thank you. Any questions I have ever had were taken care of immediatley and with the most importance and care. I feel truly appreciated and the quality and prices are very very nice as well. I really did enjoy the products and how fast they were delivered. In the box there was a cute hand written letter from the staff. That has to be the best personalized experience I've received from any online shopping source.

I was looking for some "cuter" stuff for my office. First, its in the loft of my house, so I have to look at it everyday. Second, who wants to look at drab black and gray of everything. I was very excited because Urban Girl had all sorts of fun colors to help my office look more interesting. I ordered a bunch of stuff and it all arrived in a matter of a few days instead of two weeks AND the prices were completely reasonable (if not better) than some of the larger "popular" office stores.

Ordering from Urban Girl was a great experience. They kept me updated constantly and they were fast also. I really enjoyed the personal letter from the company as well. It made my purchase that much better! I will definitely be ordering my supplies from here from now on.
