This was my first order with UrbanGirl. Their prices are competitive, and they also offer some items I haven't seen on other sites. But I have to admit, what really rocked my world, was the handwritten thank you note tucked into my package (with COUPON). I was surprised, and I'll admit, a little touched. Now I'm thinking about purchasing the items I had edited out of my cart before placing my final order because that note really speaks to a level of customer service (even during the Christmas rush), that appeals to me. And oh yeah, the items were GORGEOUS just as advertised. I am one happy camper!
