UrbanGirl Office SupplyReviews of urbangirl.com

I had a very good experience with this company. They also sent me a customized note and coupon with my package which was delivered on time.

The first thing I ordered came from another retailer. When I unpacked it, it was broken and not very good quality. I emailed them and within 5 minutes got a response apologizing for the broken product. He also explained that he will have another shipped to him, he will look it over and not only make sure it's not broken, but good quality. And if it was not, he would let me know and refund my order. I got the new product within a couple of days and it looks much better than the previous and is not broken! They really went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed.

I recently ordered several items for my office and received fast shipping at a reasonable price

I love all the purple products you can get at this site! I had an enjoyable experience on the site. My package arrived today (12/9/13) and everything I ordered was inside. I did appreciate the colored list of what I had ordered. I also appreciate the little thank you card that was put inside as well. Thanks to everyone at Urbangirl for a great experience! I will be referring this site and will plan on shopping there again...( :

My order came in quickly and the folders looked just like they did in the computer image. I'd like to see more color coordinated folders and accessories for the desktop though.
