A nice note written on my order form made me smile

I was having issues with placing my order (my own issues - not with the company or website) and I called with some questions and they were able to answer them immediately. Customer service was awesome and my planner came in really quickly. The only thing I would've changed would be a way to track your package or at least get an email when it was shipped! Other than that I got exactly what I wanted and I know I'll be ordering all my office supplies from UrbanGirl in the future!

I chose the poppin tape dispenser and stapler set, mainly because I didn't want to risk having color variations. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out that way. I received all of the products I ordered quickly, but the colors (pink) are two different shades. I can’t put them side by side as I planned (bummer), but they work.

I ordered a recipe box for 5x8" cards and the item nice but one corner is damaged and since there was no damage on the shipping box and there was plenty of packing material I am sure my item was damaged when packed. Hopefully just an oversight. Item was shipped quickly and company kept me informed.

Great customer service, prices and selection!

Unfortunately what I ordered came damaged - that being said, it was clear that it was not the fault of Urban Girl packaging, in fact their packaging might have helped keep it together. So much bubble wrap! When i did reach out for a return, they were fast, and kind about it. I will definitely shop here again, their selection is so cute, and prices are great. My stuff also shipped very fast and arrived at my door only a few days later! Love!

I love my products. I will be buying again from your company. I love the fact that you have different colors and one in particular purple because that's my favorite color. Once again I'm pleased.

I received my Kate spade desk accessories very quickly and it came in beautiful packaging! The only negative and reason for giving 5 stars was that I was disappointed to see a huge smudge on my acrylic tray... but with some rubbing alcohol I was able to get most of it out. I also got the cutest hand written note from urban girl and some coupon codes! Will def be ordering from them again!
