Hi Dirk, looks like you've got the wrong company here. We are UrbanGardenSeeds.com (plural, with an S!) We do not sell rose seeds and all of our products ship from Minnesota, USA. Sounds like you probably ordered from UrbanGardenSeed.com (singular, without an S!) They are an entirely different company who unfortunately piggy-backed off our name. Unfortunately, as you can see from our other reviews, we're mistakenly confused for them often :( If you wouldn't mind, changing or removing your review it would help us out greatly. Thanks!

Hi Thomas, You have the wrong company. We are Urban Garden Seeds (plural, with an "S" at the end). Sounds like your ordered from urbangardenseed.com - from our understanding, they are a company who ships their products from China and offers zero customer service. We field their complaints all the time. Our products are sold at 99heirlooms.com and bulkheirlooms.com

Hello there. We (urbangardenseeds.com) don't sell iris seeds, and our orders are typically delivered within 1 week of order date. We receive many complaints (with screenshots) of customers who have ordered from urbangardenseed.com (not us) with similar complaints. Unfortunately, they seem to be piggybacking off our name. So sorry to hear you're going through this, but please revise your review for our company. We'd be glad to have you as a customer!

Hi there. We only sell seeds grown in the USA, and ship all orders within 3 days. I wasn't able to find any orders under your name, can you share an order number, or contact us directly - [email protected] to get this sorted out.
