I have ordered 2 jackets. Unlike any other online shopping, I have been contacted by the shop and the jackets were customized for me. This was a seemless experience. In addition to the quality excellence in the material, couture and the structure, now the jackets fit my body perfectly. The shop is highly adviceable for all online shoppers.

I have had great service with Alex at Urban Fashion Studio. When I received the coat I asked for a few alterations. It was not a problem to do them. Alex was very diligent about asking all the right questions and keeping me informed along the way. I only had to pay the shipping. Once I received the finished product it fit great!
