BUYER BEWARE!! Be very careful before signing up for an Urban Air membership. The 12-month contract is not clearly disclosed, and what they don’t tell you is that making changes to your membership can restart your entire 12-month commitment. That’s the kind of policy customers deserve to know upfront, not after they’re already locked in. To make matters worse, the customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. Representatives were unhelpful, communication was poor, and resolving a simple issue felt impossible. It feels like the company is more focused on keeping customers locked into contracts than providing good service. I won’t be renewing and would not recommend the membership to others.

We have one membership and purchased the top-tier pass, only to find that some attractions have been closed for a while, while others opened briefly—about 10 minutes—then closed again for extended periods. The money paid was for access to the entire park, yet far too many things were unavailable, unattended, or left unrepaired. On top of that, there was no pizza, popcorn, or cotton candy, and though Dippin’ Dots were offered, there was only one flavor. Staff handling food were not wearing protective gloves, hairnets, or hats. The snack bar was a complete disappointment, which is unacceptable given the cost of both the membership and the day pass. Older children were in areas meant for ages seven and under, preventing younger kids from enjoying themselves. Overall, the facility was fair but severely short-staffed—still, that’s not the customers’ fault, and paid services should not be neglected. I am requesting a refund and cancellation of my membership because the promised perks were not delivered.

The Urban Air in Nashua NH. Is unsafe for younger children. The staff as well as the management allows large teenage boys to throw balls as hard as they can at the littler kids. Each visit the manager listens to concerned parents yet does nothing. To busy telling us or other patrons about the parents complaining. Maybe she should listen yo their concerns and try to create a safe space for ALL children. Today was no different, staff members teenage friends were hurling balls at little kids as hard as they could mostly aiming for their faces. There was a concern if thus brought to the manager, but instead of trying to remedy it she went and told another mother ( she did not know ) about it. Low and behold a little 5 or 6 year old got slammed in the face by a teenager that intentionally threw the ball as hard as he could at the childs face. Oh and just now as I am writing this another young man had the same thing happen to him. Both left holing their faces and crying. Neither one was my child, thank heavens because I would not allow this.

TL;DR: this business relies on deceptive tactics—tricking customers into unwanted memberships and charging excessive fees for basic services. The lack of transparency, inadequate customer support, and unsanitary conditions make it clear that profit is their only priority, not customer experience. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment and believe they should be held legally accountable for their unethical practices. Their business practices are deceptive and completely lack transparency. They don’t explain membership details upfront. When you arrive, no staff member assists you with sign-up; instead, they direct you to use a tablet to make a reservation. This tactic is clearly designed to trick people into unknowingly enrolling in a membership. I only realized I was being charged monthly after the fact. When I contacted them to cancel—since this was never my intention—they forced me to keep paying for a membership I neither want nor use. For an entire year, they’ve been taking money from me, and every time I try to resolve the issue, I get the same absurd response: memberships require a one-year commitment and cannot be canceled. This seems to be their business model—trapping people into unwanted contracts. On top of that, the facility is dirty, especially in the ball pit area. They also overcharge for games—$5 to $6 for a single round of air hockey is outrageous. It feels like another way to exploit parents.
