Hi Caroline, Thank you for your interest in UpVanity. Our sample pricing is generally $15 per piece for standard, non-premium materials. Based on that, 20 samples would total $300. If you were quoted that amount, it may have reflected a larger quantity than 6 samples, and we’d be happy to help confirm the exact selections and pricing with you. We also have customer-submitted photos and videos on our website that may help you better understand the vanity design, finish, and overall look. If needed, please let us know, and we’d be happy to provide clearer sample photos for reference. Please feel free to contact us directly, and we’d be glad to assist with sample selection and purchasing. Best Regards, UpVanity Support

Hi Christophe, We’re sorry to hear this, and we take this seriously. Please note that weekends and time-zone differences (12–16 hours, depending on location) can occasionally delay live callbacks, but we still strive to respond and follow up as quickly as possible. To help us pinpoint your request and resolve it efficiently, we recommend scheduling a call using the correct time zone or reaching out to us via email/chat so we can confirm your request in writing and help without delay. For cancellations, once we receive a request via phone, chat, email, or your account portal, we will review the order status and issue the refund. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear back on the original payment method (timing can vary slightly by bank). Best regards, UpVanity Support

Hi Elena, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. For all vanity deliveries, we send multiple updates as the shipment moves toward final-mile delivery. The LTL carrier is also required to schedule delivery and complete the drop-off with signature confirmation. In this case, the carrier documentation indicates a signature was obtained at delivery, so we’ve flagged this with the freight team and opened an investigation into what occurred on-site. Regarding the item received: if the configuration delivered doesn’t match your confirmed order (e.g., single-sink/black vs. the double-sink/oak selection), we treat that as a priority fulfillment issue. Our team is already reviewing the photos and shipment details, and we will proceed with the appropriate exchange or refund with no unnecessary delay. Please continue replying in the existing email thread so we can finalize the fastest resolution. If anything comes up, you’re always welcome to email/chat with us or schedule a quick call—we can typically resolve issues much faster when we’re contacted directly. Please also note that, depending on your location, there may be a 12–16 hour time difference, but we strive to respond as quickly as possible and keep your case moving without delays. Best regards, UpVanity Support
