Its my opinion the company made a honest mistake and sent the wrong size product, something different than what was ordered. Upon contacting stronghold I double cked size it was no where close to others the same size or what I ordered. They claim it was so I wanted send them back to exchange they refused they didn't want to make it right nor did they communicate we me to even try.

This website is a scam, purchase at own risk. They do not do returns , they don’t even have a working returns button. I ordered a screen protector with applicators but to my surprise they only sent the screen with no screen cleaner cloth or the applicator. They are a big scam and they’ll offer you a dollar “for the inconvenience” imagine! 🙄 very untrustworthy and doggy. Stay

Very disappointed I payed for 2 screen protectors with the dust removal tool to fit it and when I got the order they just sent the protectors without the most important part to fit them I’ve make a complaint and they offers me $3 as compensation and refuse to complete the order I paid for. Very untrustworthy and a scam

I ordered some popcorn pens two weeks before Xmas, advertised on FB with a video which made them look like a really neat gift for my five year old granddaughter. The price seemed fair with the buy 2, get one free. However, once i hit order, I couldn't see what the price each was but knew it was $30+ including shipping. I instantly got a charge on my credit card for like $42.16 (approx) and so I messaged them and said cancel. I don't like it when a company tries to cheat you right off the bat. After several messages back and forth, I saw a credit come thru for $7.48 (what they overcharged). They did not cancel the order and I did not receive them or get any kid of updates on them. I rec'd them after Christmas and they came from NY?? Originally Spain? Do not order from this website. I am disputing this charge and will happily send back these pens that are worth about $3.00 each, Temu has the same pens for approx. $3.00. The Company on the mailing envelope says "Andy, Hampstead, NY??? How do I get my refund? This was a scam from the start!!!!

It’s a scam! I ordered items for my daughter for Christmas for a total amount of USD 100/-. They over charged me (additional USD15/-) and when I contacted them they apologised and said it was a system error! First red flag! I received the parcel but with the wrong and defaulted items. I contacted the support center to return them and get a refund and they refused to accept them back and offered me a compensation of USD 2/-!!. There is no number to contact and when I email them for the refund they transfer me to contact service center ..Second red flag! Items are very poor quality for the price I paid therefore I highly recommend you do not deal with them.
