I started to take this to mitigate my arthritis pain...which I think it has done. The amount I use is a 1/4th of the eye dropper once a day. Several added benefits include more even keel moods with less anxiety and more regularity of elimination. I only issue is that I still have about a fourth of the oil left to use and the lemon flavor has disappeared, leaving a somewhat “cheesy” flavor to the oil. I did shake the bottle before each use.

I liked the product, but I had difficulty with the website when I tried to reorder (three times). When I sent an email requesting customer support (twice) I didn't hear back from them. Too bad. I liked the product.
