Found Upsolve on TikTok and I’m so glad I tried them! The process is so easy and explained so clearly that it takes all the stress out of filing. I used to be a paralegal, so I had a head start, but honestly, anyone could do this. When I showed up at the courthouse, they were shocked at how organized and complete my paperwork was. I highly recommend them (10/10) because bankruptcy lawyers can be so expensive, and Upsolve proves you can do it yourself when funds are tight. I only had to pay for two financial literacy courses for under $100. If you’re on the fence, definitely use them!

Filing bankruptcy can be scary, especially pro se, but Upsolve made it extremely easy! Their questionnaire is extremely user friendly and easy to understand what’s being asked. I couldn’t have done it without Upsolve! It’s a completely free service to use which is such a blessing! I was able to get my filing fee waived as well as both my credit counseling courses. I’m officially $240k out of debt, mainly medical bills. My husband also used them to file and had the same experience!
