I shopped for bankruptcy attorneys for months and everyone wanted over $1000. I found one attorney that was willing to do payment plans but wouldn't file my paperwork until I paid them in full. I found UPSOLVE by doing research. The process was easy. You answer questions. They tell you what paperwork to gather up and once you upload everything, they have paralegals go over your paperwork and sort everything. They even had the courses I needed to take before and after filing. I printed everything out. And took it to the cout house. Paid the $388 fee. They tell you what to expect and how long it would take. The ease and relief I felt after my Chapter 7 was approved was pure joy.

UP SOLVE is when Altruism and Pragmatism join forces to combat the inequality that exists in the United States of Grift. Yes, you could compund your debt and hire a lawyer you can't afford but remember this FREE service gives you agency and knowledge of the process, every step curated and supported. I can't overstate the need this service has provided, I didn't believe it to be legitimate until a year after my initial research. Don't be daft and wait like me, Financial Freedom awaits YOU!!!

Super easy to do by myself, with tips provided along the way. The review once I finally submitted everything was super helpful & they even came back asking me questions, which reassured me that they were being very thorough. Would recommend to everybody who has a straightforward case who cannot afford to retain counsel!
