Those guys are absolute garbage. From the 10 months we've worked on GH accounts all of the time the reason for the bans were their BMs getting banned, or payment issues from their end.. absolutely pointless couldn't manage to provide ad accounts for quite some time. Make yourself a favor and don't get involved with them. They're really unorganized aswell. Don't listen to the paid reviews and blog posts about em. they could've been good for 1/2/3 years ago but now they are total garbage. I've been in your position wondering whether the guys writing the review is just salty stingy person who had shit experience but trust me I am not one of those :D We've worked for 10 months so I kinda know what I am talking about

Horrible experience from start to finish. At first they said they could onboard me under white-hat, then only after I paid did they say they could only do grey-hat. Then they told me that the onboarding process is delayed due to issues with Meta so I asked for a refund. They promised me sooner delivery by making an exception and giving me a CC account instead of a CL account. I didn't follow through with the refund and now they're saying it's going to be another couple of days because they can't make me a CC account. Uproas are a band of liars. Further, they mentioned that there were also delays due to a holiday. I asked whether it was Chinese national day and they confirmed it was. This along with the vibe coded site and primitive top up infrastructure leads me to believe they are white labeling or reselling slots on Chinese Meta BMs. I've yet to see how their agency accounts perform but even if they are twice as good as anything else on the market, that wouldn't even start to make up for the shitty experience and lying.

This place uproas.io completely ghosted me. Interesting business model.

I had a very disappointing experience with Uproas. I signed up because they positioned their agency ad accounts as a premium solution for businesses in difficult advertising niches, with better stability, support, and replacement options compared to normal Meta ad accounts. The subscription was around $300/month, and I also spent additional money on ads. In reality, the experience was extremely stressful. The ad accounts I received kept running into restrictions, verification issues, and business manager problems. In two cases, their business account connected to the ad account was restricted, which affected the account I was using even though the issue was not caused by me. In another case, I was told a business manager was compromised and they could only provide yet another replacement account. The constant replacements meant I kept losing momentum, rebuilding campaigns, dealing with delays, and going back into the learning phase. Fund transfers were also frustrating and unclear at times. Instead of getting a stable advertising setup, I spent most of the month trying to get basic access working. Their response was basically that replacement accounts are part of the service and that restrictions can happen. But that does not change the fact that the service was sold to me as a premium, more reliable solution. What I actually received felt unstable, disorganized, and not worth the money. If you are considering Uproas because you think it will give you a strong, stable Meta advertising setup, be careful. My experience was the opposite. I lost time, money, and campaign momentum, and I would not recommend them.

I bought a Facebook account from Uproas.io about two months ago, and today my account was hacked. Funds were transferred from the cards linked to my account to my Facebook Ads account, and they removed me from the account they sold me. They deleted the profile, and I can’t access the account or get my money back. Since they closed the profile, there’s no record of this transaction. Stay away from them—absolutely, absolutely stay away. I’m trying to get my $1,000 back—under no circumstances should you buy any accounts from this page! You can’t reach them; they only have a basic Telegram account, and they aren’t responding to my messages!

I been using UPROAS for two months. Great service from UPROAS support. All questions are answered extremely fast. If you have problems with an ad account they will replace it within 24 hours 💪
