The instructor is wonderful. He's patient, explains concepts thoroughly, shares information and insights when he can. My only complaint is that assignments are located in different places within Canvas, which can be confusing.

The instructor clearly has a deep well of knowledge, and the materials (exercises and documented resources) are valuable. My main challenge has been pacing: there often isn’t enough time to process the content and ask questions before we move on. By the end of some segments, I’m still absorbing the new concepts and struggling to formulate questions in the moment. Building in a bit more space for Q&A and reflection would help the class engage more confidently with the material. Suggestions: * Add mini “pause points” every 15–20 minutes for 2–3 questions. * Offer a brief office-hours block or “parking lot” for unanswered questions. * Share a short pre-read or “prompt pack” beforehand to reduce cognitive load during lecture. * Provide timestamps or section markers in recordings to review complex parts quickly.

I am happy with my experience with Upright Education. I feel like I have a good grasp on what it takes to be a UX/UI Designer.

The instructor and teaching assistant were very helpful. I do the believe the program could have been more in depth and include Power BI, R, or even incorporate machine learning and AI integration to stay updated with the changing/ advancing market. However, I understand that due to time constraints and the instructor wanting us to get the most out of the class as well as understand the material there were only so much we could touch on. Also with different students having different pc models not everything was accessible. I would like to say that I believe free resources such as excel should have been included as there were some difficulties with users using the free vs installed versions. I think for the price of the class everyone should have had access to download it.

I had a very positive experience with the Data Analytics program. The content was well-structured and practical, covering essential topics such as data visualization, statistical analysis, and the use of popular tools like Excel, SQL, and Python. What made the experience even more valuable was the teacher’s approach: they were knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer questions. Their clear explanations and real-world examples helped me better understand complex concepts and gain confidence in applying what I learned.

The teacher was extremely knowledgeable and helped teach the concepts in a way that stuck. I don't know if I honestly feel comfortable with a job with just the basic knowledge. I am extremely happy with the concepts I did learn and would have liked more practice time.

The professors were always willing to help and explain things further if needed. The community discord was very helpful as well with support from others.

Overall, the UX/UI Course I took through Upright was good. I learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed my cohort. It was an upskill for me, so I came into the course with 15 years of professional design experience, which made it easier for me to jump into. I recommend having a basic understanding of design principles. I also recommend having a basic knowledge of Figma before starting this course.
