Worked really good when my buddy let me his. Makes my back stick alot better to the bench press

5 Stars - Game Changer for Bench Pressing! I can’t recommend The Bench Bro by UPRTech enough! This grippy mat is an absolute must-have for anyone serious about their bench press. Before using it, I was constantly sliding on the bench—especially during heavy sets—and it was killing my form and confidence. Enter The Bench Bro, and that problem disappeared instantly. The grip is phenomenal—it locks your back and shoulders in place so you can focus purely on pushing weight without any distractions or readjustments. It's made my lifts feel more powerful and stable, and I’ve actually started hitting new PRs thanks to the improved control and positioning. The quality is top-notch, easy to throw in your gym bag, and it works like magic on any standard bench. Honestly, I don’t know how I ever lifted without it. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is hands down one of the best gym accessories I’ve ever bought. Happy lifting!

Placed a pre order for a bench bro and have used it for a week. The matt is crazy sticky, great quality, and my bench has increased 15 pounds. The bench at my gym is so slippery so I love it.
