I am extremely disappointed with this service. I have already made the full payment 01/2024, yet I have not received my clearance certificate. On top of that, the system still shows my payment as pending online, which is completely unacceptable. This has been a very frustrating experience and a total waste of my hard-earned money. There is a serious lack of communication and accountability. I expected a professional and reliable service, but instead I’ve been left chasing something that should have been provided immediately after payment. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Please fix your system and customer support before taking money from people.
