AFTER A SNAFU APPARENTLY CREATED BY THE UNDERWRITING DEPARTMENT, WHICH WAS FRUSTRATING AND CREATED A DELAY, WE FINALLY GOT TO THE FINISH LINE. EVERYONE THAT I DEALT WITH FROM EMAIL CORRESPONDING TO PHONE CONVERSATIONS WAS VERY NICE, FRIENDLY, AND INTERESTED IN HELPING ME AND ALL WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE.
