Totally disgusting customer service. Asked to speak to someone to get help understanding something they advertise on their site. Was told the 'supervisor' refused to come to the phone to help me understand. Was then told they don't work with 'ISO's' and was hung up on.

I am the owner of a small business I have been in business for over three years. I used uplift Capital to try to get me a loan. All went good I signed the DocuSign and downloaded and read the PDF for the entire loan. Kevin my financial advisor? Does not return my calls does not keep me informed on what is going on. I even gave the loan company my personal information and password for my bank account. I try to get through to Amanda which now she will not answer the calls and she was transferring me to the owner Mike. This company does not help you I almost believe this company is a scam. Do not use this company please whatever you do find somewhere else

They never help me with stuff so why are all theses ppl sending you to different company while my lights cut off my water to now where is the help I'll wait
