same problems persist
I made a review some months back in the hope something would improve. I retried today again and found out nothing changed. I also saw their reply complaining about my "threat" to review and sharing my experiences with others. Not sure how the a legitimate review like this can be a threat? The fact is that their downloads are non re-sumable. The fact is that their downloads keep stalling. The fact is that using jdownloader makes no difference. They also still have the unfair policy that generating and download must be the same IP, which makes it impossible to refresh the connection. The fact is that I wasted time and bandwidth again today. So my questions are 1) why the stalling? 2) why non-resumable? 3) why same IP rule? 4) why no improvement despite your knowledge? I also have NEVER EVER received a response on my original help tickets. UPDATE: Their reply to this review mainly focuses on self-praising and does not explain WHY their downloads stall and there is little understanding for the free user going through all their ads, having wasted time and bandwidth and end up with no file downloaded at all. They seem so worried about abuse that they do not see their own abuse. So 1 star is not actually deserved for NO service and NO excuse and NO improvements but the minimum to chose for the lowest possible rating. Luckily there are far better alternatives!

Hello again! We're always improving our services, and that's why so many customers continue to purchase. Resumable downloads are a feature for premium users. The same IP policy applies only to non-premium users; this policy is to prevent abuse and excessive resource usage. You mentioned there were no responses to the original ticket, but we respond to 100% of our tickets.
