Je suis aujourd'hui dans l'incapacité de récupérer mes documents perdus en plus d'avoir en ma possession un dossier, installé par le programme, contenant paraît-il mes données récupérées, qui ferme toutes mes fenêtres et fait planter mon ordinateur dès que je tente de l'ouvrir. Un perte de temps, d'énergie et d'argent.

I downloaded and ran the trial of this package and after a long 24 scan of a corrupted USB flash drive, was informed that I could recover 1000+ files but that I would need the professional package to view them and recover fully. Great! I downloaded the full package and said recover files to create two folders, one titled file path lost. 99% of the emails and pdfs I needed, all ms office items, were in this folder so amazing to be able to restore them. Only it wasn't. Every single file clicked returned an error this file is corrupted message within this folder. I contacted online support who said that there's nothing that they could do to restore them. I asked for a money back guarantee and was told that I could have a lifetime free membership instead for a software that had advertised a return of items that it didn't provide. Luckily they have a 100% money back, 30 day guarantee. Nope. They refuse to pay these refund back as they state that it's not a technical issue that they can list 1000 recoverable files but actually provide closer to 10. It's fake advertising, it's illegal to advertise a refund without providing it. Stay away from them

The trial version is useless, if you need to recover data from an encrypted drive they offer you a remote service, linking in the support chat for a preliminary payment of 900 USD. I was not happy with this unclear method, if they also have this type of service that they expose it clearly and not with a link in chat.

After an hour of recording, it notifies you that either you pay or you can only save 1 min. That's not done, it's playing dirty and wasting people's time. This should be notified beforehand and not blackmail the client to make them pay. A pretty ugly detail really...

I found this company while searching for a free data recovery company. I spent close to an hour searching for the files I wanted to recover, then found out I had to pay $69 to recover them. It would have been nice if they'd told me before I wasted an hour with them. I was able to find a company who says they can do it free, or $25 if it really costs me money to recover my files.
