I looked at several options for Back up companies. I found EaseUS as rated highly among users similar to my situation. I was confused on some issues so after initiating Chat (24hrsAvail) I found FELIX (Post Sls Eng 2). WOW, Felix was very patient with me and was ready with great options that fit my needs FREE!!! He did not pressure me to purchase anything expensive that I may not need, he agreed that I should try out the EaseUS free version, get used to it and then upgrade when or if necessary. THANK YOU EASEUS AND FELIX for making this potentially difficult process easy and PLEASANT!!! It was fast, educational, and I'm excited to use and share my new backup solutions and sleep better at night knowing my programs and data are safe. AGAIN, THANK YOU.

He got on the call quickly and ran several diagnotics. It looks like the issue is with the hardware not the software.

every thing went well with the download and purchase but i lose the password my own silly thing. i contacted them on live chat they were great and i hads it again after just a few question and answers. Ewan was the engineer on duty he did his company proud ,. i will be using them again.
