Ive been using Ease US for many years now. its really amazing software, and the support is as well. on this moment i asked for my license to be released from my old machine and it was sorted within minutes.

I recently needed help resetting it. The entire support process was incredibly simple and straightforward. Ewan assisted me and did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved the issue quickly without making me jump through a lot of unnecessary hoops. It is refreshing to work with a support team that makes getting help this easy. I have also been very pleased with the EaseUS products themselves. Todo Backup Home has been reliable, easy to use, and gives me confidence that my data is properly protected. Great software is important, but responsive customer support makes a big difference as well.
