i had buy for recovery software for recovery my OST but this software unable to recovery , nothing. i had complaint but they not support and they provide me only half amount refund. this very bad experience so recommended dont go with this application

You must sign up for subscription which seems impossible to cancel. The info to cancel is bullshit and only makes you go in circles.

It is saying you can download the free version and you can recover files up to 2GB, but when you are trying to recover will ask to buy the premium, as the trial version is only for scanning. Time wasters!

I did buy the lifetime version but was not able do recover a single video after my system was not able to reboot and I had to therefore reinstall windows. A refund was not possible because I did reinstall Windows on the same drive. (As I would have backup drive just for this case)

I bought the $100 version to have forever because my external hard drive stopped working. From everything I read, I only bought it because I it should have been able to recover my hard drive that would only be detected for about it a minute. I asked them for a refund because they told me their software wouldn’t be able to fix it. They said no. They finally said they could give me half of it back. They still haven’t done that. They are a rip off and I would never recommend them. Out $108 for NOTHING!
