I ordered on November 8th, fake tracking says delivered last June! I'm glad I used PayPal. I already opened a case.

I placed an order on 9/26/23 and today is 11/12/23 still have not received my unit! Now they are not answering my calls or emails! I will be following through with the proper authorities! I'm not letting no one keep my money and not give me what I paid for.

Didn't receive email confirmation then when I did receive it and took it out the box you could literally see the whole track on the top. Could barely part the wig because the track is showing. First and last time ordering from them

I placed an order for a 4/27 Body wave wig Lace front on August 3rd. To date, I have not received my merchandise. I have been told several times its in transit. SINCE AUGUST 3RD?!! I have requested a replacement shipment or refund with no response. I do not recommend buying from them. Order #60541

On October 8, I ordered and paid Uolova $198.00 for two wigs On October 17, I received one wig which costed $79. Sent several emails and voice messages, all to no avail. As of this date, No Response one way or another. I want my money back or send me my wig. I feel Robbed.

I ordered a 26" loose deep unit on the 25th of October and its just getting here today November 7, 2023 but it's the wrong length 🤬 the unit received barely comes below the shoulders. No one will return my calls or emails. I've ordered from them one before and the order was fine. This time I noticed it was no email confirmations sent I had to basically hunt down the shipping information. This customer service number is a Google voice number that they just don't answer. I would like the right unit or my money back but no one from their company will reach out to make things right.

I am having the same experience as another customer, I did receive the confirmation email but nothing else. I tried calling and no answer, I sent an email and received an auto-reply but nothing else. Evidently this is a 'rip-off' company.

This site is a very sketchy. I thought once I made the purchase I would at least receive a confirmation email but no CRICKETS. This is a major red flag when you are paying someone online, add the fact the phone numbers not legit (alarms are going off) The products were supposed to arrive within a week and still have not heard a word from them. Do not trust any company who do not establish and maintain contact with customers regarding purchases. This is bad business at it worst. Yes I did check my spam and no there's no confirmation email with order number
