I absolutely love this stuff. It works so well and it helps me manage my anxiety so amazingly. I don’t know where I would be without it. If I could, I would give it more than five stars.

Having tried many different approaches to battle anxiety, I was skeptical to try something else. After reading the reviews for Kalm I thought I'd give it a go. I started to take it as soon as it came in and let me tell you, I was not doing well at that time. The first week was rough for me, but I also had lots of stress. I kept at it and even adjusted my time to my evening meal instead of first thing in the morning. Throughout this rough patch I was in contact with James, and he helped me by walking me through adjusting the amount taken. It took my body longer to have improvements than most reviews stated, but I can see them now. Do I still have some rough patches? Yes. Do I feel like I am handling things better overall? Yes. All of our bodies are different, and it can take different levels of Kalm and time to kick in. Keep at it! I can honestly say that I have never encountered better customer service! James puts his heart into his work, and it shows!

I bought Mind Hack for my 27-yr old son who suffers from debilitating anxiety related to his OCD. He started taking it a couple of months ago and noticed the positive effects immediately. Since then he has added it to his daily routine, and I am happy to observe a calmer demeanor about him. He actively is able to manage his anxiety much better now. Let's start here: During the handful of years that I began WFH due to the Covid pandemic, I developed a weird baseline level of anxiety that never existed for me prior. I had spent my entire career in front of people either selling or presenting and rarely felt anxious about it at all. Developing this anxiety had to be due to being cooped up at home those 2+ years, right? I tried hypnosis while sleeping, meditation, breathing techniques, changing my diet, various supplements, etc. during this time but to no avail. Fast forward to KALM: I don't remember how I can across it (maybe Instagram or Facebook?) but it was very intriguing. I watched multiple videos on the product and read review after review online. I decided to pull the trigger, even though I was hesitant. I'm not on my 5th jar. Whatever James and crew do with their manufacturing process to create KALM from hemp is pretty darn amazing. I know that it's all natural (which is important to me) and it's easy to take. I've now worked it into my daily morning routine and can tell a pretty immense difference in how I feel. Is it somewhat expensive? Yes. Does it do what it promises to do for me? Yes. Is it worth it because of the positive impact it's having on my work and social life? Yes. Give the 2 week starter jar a try. If you're like me and we're suffering from anxiety, just try KALM and see if it works for you like it works for me.

Rarely does a product comes along that actually helps to the point where I can call it “life changing”. KALM has been one of the rarities. My disabled, nonverbal, son was experiencing bouts of extreme rage, to the point of violence. My husband and I could not help him during these episodes where he tried to shred our arms by scratching (and did!) and break anything he could get his hands on. The “rage episodes” were intensely stressful and could last up to 24 hours. Life wasn’t good. I tried MAGU and it worked at first, but something changed and it stopped working - the rage began again. My friends noted it wasn’t working for them too. I was thrilled to learn that James was branching out with KALM and begged him for an early delivery, he helped us out! It worked!!! It’s been working and it’s working for my friends! Amen! I can’t recommend this product enough for anyone experiencing depression, anxiety, difficulty with focus or parents who have kids like mine who are experiencing fits of rage. We’ve gone from extremely stressed to, well, KALM!

I started taking Kalm over a year ago to help with back pain restless leg syndrome and mood swings. I dealt with a lot of traumatic things in my younger life and it still affects me even in my 40s, but since starting Kalm, my moods improved my pain diminished and it’s a blessing that it came into my life James the founder is a fantastic guy and he’s helped me out so much over the past year. I take it twice a day once in the morning and once in the late afternoon and it keeps me Kalm. If you’re on the fence about trying it remember it’s an all natural supplement and you can’t go wrong with an all natural supplement. It’s a fantastic product and I’m sure you won’t be let down.

Kalm continues to be a daily staple in dealing with anxiety and taking down the hesitation for me to live my life that anxiety brings.

I am very pleased with this new product. I have tried everything and nothing helped my anxiety and depression until I started this one. It is amazing. I actually feel good. I used to lay around not do any work but now I have energy and I get up and start cleaning and going for groceries I didn’t care about my looks and now Ihave colored hair new clothes and feel pretty about myself.
