I don't write a lot of gushing reviews for businesses, but I'll make an exception for James and KALM. It is rare for a chief operating officer of anything to take care of their customers personally, but that's what James does. I use Mind Hack, and it has truly relieved my anxiety. I didn't want to use "mainstream pharmaceuticals" knowing of their side-effects. I am so grateful for this wonderful product and for the support James has provided whenever I contacted the company. Mind Hack has changed my life for the better!

I have now been using KALM for a couple months daily. I use it as part of a healthy diet and fitness routine. I am someone who has diagnosed anxiety disorder for over 6 years. Therapy over many years has helped a ton, but I always felt I still had about 30-40% anxiety leftover, holding me back in many ways. When I started taking KALM, the mellowing effects were pretty immediate. My sleep also improved. However, over time, I really feel like my resting anxiety is down to about 15-20%. I feel more like a normal person, for lack of a better word. I love the taste of the product, the morning ritual of taking it, and the customer service is probably the best you’ll find for any supplement. I will be a lifelong customer, and they really do earn their business here. Could not recommend giving it a try any more! Thanks to the KALM team for all you do!

Kalm is an anxiety killer! For people like me who are perfectionist and overthink everything it’s the perfect solution. It’s helped me to stop second-guessing so much and stressing out and really just be the best version of myself I can be. Highly recommend it to everyone.

I have to be completely honest and state that I was very skeptical at first as I’ve tried countless natural remedies for anxiety over the years, with none of them ever working. I’ve had to rely on SSRIs and Benzos which sorta help but have bad side effects which I hate. I tried Kalm because of the positive reviews and figured it was worth a shot. To my surprise I started feeling better on day three, my anxiety has simply melted away. Things that I would constantly over worry about just don’t bother me anymore. I’m able to drink coffee again and I just feel better overall. My general mood is better and my stress level is down. I feel virtually no side effects outside of it making me a little tired so I simply take it at night instead. The founder, James, has been communicating with me 1x1 via txt since I placed my first order and has been super supportive and helpful. I can’t begin to say how happy I am with this product, I will most definitely be ordering it again!

James is amazing & so are his products. I’ve tried a lot. This is expensive but worth it because it works. I hate running out of KALM because I feel the difference when I do. I’m going to add Zen Body to the Mind Hack routine now so I’m covered AM & PM, now that I’m a believer/consumer for the past 90 days.
