I have never used a service like this before. I've considered it through other jewelry selling websites, but was always leery & ultimately backed out. We are buying a house, & I decided to try selling some jewelry items again to help with the down payment. After researching the best sites, and checking reviews, I chose Unvault. I am so happy that I did! They made the entire experience so easy, their offer was very fair, they paid shipping, and made sure to let me know when they received my jewelry. They videord themselves opening the box and inspecting the jewelry, then they sent a final offer that was even better than the original offer. Payment took a couple of days because it was late on Friday when I accepted the offer, but everything was very transparent & went smoothly. I will definitely do business with them again.
