I hate to admit I was even scammed. But they made reporting it and getting help easy. Took care of all the necessary details and reported it to all the necessary agencies as well as creating a police report for me to file and helping me contact my bank to dispute the charges. I have to say for this being a free service it's amazing, so I got chime glitched as the kids call it these days. I got a text from my bank about fraud, it looks legit except for the phone number. So, I replied know and they contacted me within 45 minutes posing as SeaCoast Fraud department. They said that future payments from my cashapp of 350 dollars are coming out in the future and in order to protect my current funds they were going to issue me a new virtual card. He had me add my new virtual card which was his Chime account. I was so emotional I wasn't thinking but I did notice it was a chime account and I was like why am I sending my money to a chime account. He was very frantic about me hitting that instant button and even verified the fee so it would be returned to me within 7 to 14 business day. This was the only time Samuel McKnight wasn't professional so I hit it, and he said he would call me back tomorrow morning. Well, it didn't sit right with me. That 261 dollars was all I had to have fun with. I called my bank. They told me it was fraud and issued me a new card and started a report. Then I was still mad and I googled for scam companies. Unscammed.com showed up as number one so I took a chance. I am very tech savvy, so while the scammer was talking to me. I typed out all the info he issued me in notepad. I took a ton of screenshots. I sent all that information off to unscammed.com and Robert called me to go over everything. He was very thorough and let me know this was for information purposes only and there is no guarantee I will get my money back but a very high chance. All he asked was for me to write a review. They even wrote up a police report which I submitted to the police department. Well once I got my money back I did better than that, I made a tiktok video that got over 600 views yesterday. That's 600 people who know about the chimeglitch and know where to go if they get scammed. Thank you, guys, those views will keep growing as I utilize tiktok every day. I even subscribed to get all my info off the dark web. That's how you gain a customer buy helping for free.

Unscammed was my first point of contact, In panick I took out a subscription to cover what I assumed was my issue. Fake callers had eventually convinced me I was under threat. The evidence held by them was indeed convincing. My wallet was missing funds and even so I aught to have ended the conversation. The powers of persuasion had other plans. The calls to unscammed were replied to by txt and email and phone. Software enabled a higher level of security all free. Even so there is more to the company and I have gone through that route to safeguard my device. My solution was to reinstall Apps already on my phone at cost. So I had thrown some cash at it, and will not require unscammed by the end of the month. I remain very gratefull to unscammed for the help and advice. Fortunately for me the device had not been cleaned out maybe because either funds were returned which seems unlikely or I had made a technical error when examining my device, which seems likely. If the perpetrators had access to the device they maybe back.
