For starters the time it took is way too long and the lack of communication. I asked questions and they just ignored me when I bought 25 mil + assets and still haven’t gotten anything

Antonio, we're sorry your questions went unanswered and that you're still waiting on your 25M + assets order. Please send your order ID to [email protected] or open a Discord ticket so the team can check exactly where it stands and get back to you.

First off took way too long, they wouldn't respond to simple questions like keeping me updated on their status, also ignoring me while I'm trying to communicate.
Response from UnplayedGGOct 18, 2026
Daniel, we're sorry you were left without updates while you waited; that's not the experience we want anyone to have. If anything about your order is still open, please email [email protected] or open a Discord ticket with your order ID and the team will look into it.
