Absolute scam!!
Absolute scam!!! I paid for my iPhone 6s to be unlocked from AT&T in the US and emailed them repeatedly only to get no response. I’m utterly dissatisfied and I’m out of $100 because they won’t respond! Don’t waste your time or money!!

Hello Keianna, We tried to respond your emails several times but it seems that you are not recieving our responses. We even tried to contact you using our Gmail address. We unlocked your phone, we tried to send you the confirmation and the instructions but it seems you are not getting our emails. Please send us an alternate email addreas where we can get in touch.

No responses nor progress for my order unlocking
I have been waiting for my order for 6 days already when the wait time said 1-2 days and even 5 days in rare cases. Still to this moment I have not received any updates or responses to my 4 emails and contacts. I'm most likely sure i got scammed because nothing is happening for 6 days now.

Do not give your money to this company!
Sent me an unlock code which did not work then a barrage of emails telling me to do this then do that. The end result was them asking me to supply a video showing the code would not work and would not refund without it. Basically calling me a liar for a invalid code they have sent, now expecting me to video the results due to their incompetence. I have raised an issue with Paypal regarding this and will let them deal with it now. I certainly will not waste any more time corresponding with these cowboys. Absolute disgrace treating a pensioner this way and keeping my money!

Code didn't work + no customer service
Needed my Samsung to be unlocked urgently. Ordered and paid for an unlock code. It didn't work. Contacted UnlockRadar by every means possible. Never got an answer. I was refunded, but spent most of a week waiting for a code/answer that never came. Terrible experience.

We sent you the unlock code with a little delay, but as we explained in our email conversation, we were just trying to help. We’re pretty sure that other unlock websites would’ve not been able to find the code, this is why we decided to use this second tool that has a greater success rate. It was our mistake, we should’ve asked you first. Anyway, the unlock code was sent to your email and we even provided you a discount as a compensation for all this trouble.

Couldn't provide service and won't refund money
The basics of a transaction are pay money for a product or service. Typically when said product or service cannot be provided and the money is offered up front, the provider refunds the money. They could not produce the unlock code and blamed me for it and basically said tough luck. Not acceptable. Buyer beware, do your research. there are many other unlock code providers that will happily refund your money if they can't produce an unlock code.

The money were refunded for this order, as a gesture of good will. You gave us incorrect information about your phone, ignoring the warnings on the website. It's clearly stated in our Terms&Conditions that you will not be eligible for a refund if you submit the wrong network of your phone, because the system will fail to unlock the phone in this case and we support a cost for every IMEI we process. In conclusion, because you choose a wrong network, we lost money and got ourselves with a 1 star review...

Very poor customer service
After discovering the service would take 2 weeks I tried to cancel my online order within the 7 days in which you are permitted under your consumer rights laws. I was refused and still charged £30 for the service that had been already performed by my service provider in 4hrs of the same day. Extremely poor service I would never recommend them.
