This is an absolute fraud. I never recovered my unlock code and I also never got a reply back when I tried to contact them. If you want my advice. It’s Better to waste your money then be robbed by this company.

No Unlock Code No Refund I had ordered for unlock of iPhone 6s Plus on April 27 and my phone is still not unlock. I have asked for refund but did not get any response for my refund email.

First, I received a unlock confirmation within two hours, and I tried to unlock my phone and it wasn't working. So I emailed customer service and asked if I cant unlock my phone I will request a refund, I explained what happened and that I followed the direction word by word. They responded that the email was sent by mistake, and that they are still trying to unlock it. Now, 11 days later, I have not received any unlock confirmation, and I sent another email but they have not responded to that one. Funny how they respond to the first one where I said I will request a refund, but not the second where I just asked how long it should take. The website says at least 5 days, it has now been 11 days and I have no email confirmation. I am requesting a refund now.

Its a rip off for a free service. I had an iphone6s on AT&T and this is what they do. They first ask for the IMEI and tell you if it is unpaid for, they will charge you 5€ and if eveyrthing is paid for it will be 30€. Then what they do is: a) Just go to the AT&T website and enter the IMEI you provided them b) The website tells them: i) it is unpaid for = they reply to you saying it is impossible (= 5€ profit), or ii) the phone has been paid for, AT&T sends them the code amd they send you the unlock code (=30€ profit) They are not doing anything technical - just looking up 1 website. If this is all that is required is should be 5€ for the unlock not 30. It's just preying on older people like myself who are not tech "savvy"

Useless. I paid the money, gave my number. They sent a code and told me how to install on my LG Watch Sport. I followed the directions. No result. I put in a new different sim and it did not ask me for the unlock number. I asked tech service a few times. Last email to them I received no response. $13.96 down the drain. Waste of money David Root

Hello Alexandros, The delivery time for the unlock service you ordered is 3-10 business days. The delivery time is clearly stated on our website under the price, so we assume a costumers accepts our delivery time since he orders a service. In the meanwhile we sent you the unlock confirmation for this order and it took 7 days for us to unlock your phone. We also completed your previous order within 5 days. I honestly thought it was a good site besides all the bad reviews. 8 DAYS AGO I PAY TO UNLOCK MY IPHONE 6s plus AND IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE. IVE SENT MSG AND EMAIL AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. I JUST WANT MY PHONE TO BE UNLOCK OR WILL OPEN A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL.
