Excellent service, turn around time was 24 hours. Only challenge was using the correct codes in the right order as first ones didn't work, but eventually the last code on the list worked. A little more guidance on this for the novice would be great. Otherwise, happy S9+ owner now not locked to Vodafone.

Was unsure at first, but they did what they said they could do. Would of given 5 stars but it took 2 1/2 hours to get unlock code.

Overall the code came within 3-4 days as promised and worked. It took a little tinkering, however, to get it to work. Your phone (at least on my Galaxy Note 3) has to be on stock ROM otherwise the code will not work. Otherthan that, phone is unlocked and working!
