UnlockradarReviews of unlockradar.com

SCAM!!! Horrible in every conceivable way SMH,I never write bad reviews unless its this bad. Its such a scam its not even funny! For starters, it took days longer than the package that I purchased was supposed to, & I paid extra for speedy service. No customer service help, & the code they sent was an 8 digit Fake Code(Real Unlock Code is 16 digits). Total scam. Then I tried to resolve the issue & not one person responded. Even after I said I'm gonna have to challenge it on pay pal. Worst part is, on freaking EBAY I found a Stand Up Guy who unlocked my phone for practically nothing & he had my code ready in literally 5 minutes No Joke! The codes UnlockRadar sends are literally random numbers they make up, Literally the worst experience I've ever had buying online, & I'm a pretty easy going guy, but they just straight screw you! Do not waste your Money, you can get you phone unlock for 10$ from a trustworthy person just look around. This company ain't it Chief!

If i could leave no stars I would. Code didn't work. Tried to contact them multiple times no response. Scam!

Never responded when unlock failed

Absolutely shocking service I can not stress to you do not use this site they take your money and do not supply your code they don't even reply to paypal so had to take a claim out against them they should not be able to trade the way they treat customers shocking stay way clear from them

I have 2 LG V30 phones I'd purchased from eBay (that were supposed to be unlocked, but that's a different story). I used 2 services to unlock the phones, one of them being UnlockRadar (due to trust pilots good reviews of the service). We received a working code from the other company in just over 2 hours. My wife's phone was now working. I waited patiently for my code until approximately 30 hours, when I messaged their "24/7" support. They neglected to reply. So I messaged them again, the next time at 36 hours and 20 mins (Their website states a 1-36 hour possibility for code retrieval timeframe). Again, no reply aside from an automated "we're not here" reply. Again at 46.5 hours with a screenshot from their website that states they'll reply within 12 hours. And once more at 51 hours just to let them know it had nearly been 51 hours since I ordered. By this point I was about ready to contact PayPal to get my money back. I FINALLY received my unlock code 51 hours and 15 mins after ordering. Thankfully it worked. To this day they have yet to reply to any messages. The fact that this took them way longer than they advertise and 49 hours longer than their competitor is pathetic. That's before you even consider their total lack of customer support. I would never use their service again and would recommend you look elsewhere. Terrible.

They stole my money and never sent me a code to unlock my phone. And never responded to my emails or offered a refund it's a waste of money don't trust them there are way better sites out there

I found out the phone was already unlocked a few hours after I bout the unlock and emailed them before they sent a code letting them know it was already unlocked. The owner called Att and they said they sent the wrong email saying there was a bill still due on it. I sent emails and messages on facebook about a refund and no response, have to go through my bank.

After initial contact was made in regards to a code not working stopped recieving any emails on how they would fix the situation
